Home Visit Enrollment

The home visit enrollment option is for those of any age who are homebound, in Adult Family homes or independent living centers. Many patients find it difficult to travel to see a doctor. Dr. Heidi visits every three (3) months and more often when needed, to examine, discuss health issues, need for additional services, and any prescriptions needed. The office does the paperwork needed for Home Health or Hospice care, as well as coordinating specialists and return from hospitalizations. I have business relationships with labs, podiatrists, and pyschiatric ARNPs who do home visits.
